My late father was sorting and delivering in northeastern Detroit and Grosse Pointe Park and Grosse Pointe city when it was still the the Postal Department and retired 10 years after it became the US Postal Service (from sometime after WWII to 1980 or '82; my memory for dates is lousy). I'm glad he's not around to see what the USPS has become. One thing he told me that stuck with me: They never got a raise under a GOP POTUS, only the ones who were Democrats.

The reason people are so hostile to these topics or encounters, is because the politics around it. Plus, the politicians who are in office? Don't know how to be leaders or lead by an example. Because if they did? There wouldn't be all this BS around who's wearing a mask and who's not! That's the main problem!

Interesting. I wonder what's the big deal if an individual still chooses to wear a mask? I'm a person speaking for myself, where I try to be conscious of others. Or maybe that person who decides to wear a mask could possibly have an immune deficiency or possibly had a bad experience getting sick. Yet, every now and then, people still will decide to confront someone wearing a mask because it bothers them somehow. I look at it this way? For example, I hate individuals that get tattoos, but because I hate tattoos? It doesn't make me the tattoo police. Nor will I carry a sign telling that person why he or she shouldn't get one or have one? Nor will I try to convince them not to get one. It's the same to me if a man chose to wear an earring? Even though I do not like it? It's none of my business and nor will I make it mine. Heck, for all I know, the man could be wearing one on his A$$ cheek? Personally, I wouldn't care? It doesn't bother me, and it's thoses individuals prerogative if they so choose to get one. Same way if I see someone wearing a mask? Who cares. Yet, you'll find individuals who will walk up talk smack for no apparent reason and will be breathing down your neck? Because somehow it bothers them for you if you choose to wear a mask. Which in essences its very pathetic. I say live and let live.

And now almost all of us know they’re useless now, half of us knew it in the beginning, and now there are billions of masks in the landfills and the oceans. Thanks, Fauci.

If you hear closely, he has fry almost at the end of every word in most sentences. Even in their "perfect pitch" demonstration you could discern the fry. It's stress related and people who've been through a lot of serious trauma are more prone to fry than those who've lived charmed lives.

Many english speakers sound like they have permanent sore throat and phlegm problem. Clearing your throat is also good manners. Vocal fry sounds immature and annoying to a foreign ear as much as phlegm throat sound.

The terms and concepts of POC, BIPOC, Colored, just like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, are kidnapped by groups that don't suffer the same brutality, genocide, poverty, racism, mental health issues, joblessness, and homelessness as their POC and other DEI counterparts. Black people, African people, and Latinos, have to be careful not to have their pain and suffering (and unAliving) utilized by other groups that are higher up in the white supremacist, capitalist system that whites are more likely to hire, marry, invest in and less likely to mistreat. Most of the terms (POC, People of Color, Marginalized, Minority, Civil Rights, DEI, BIPOC, Colored, etc) often start off with the objective of helping blacks and Africans, but don't clearly state it, thus end up docile as it relates to helping blacks and Africans, who usually don't figure the plan, game out until it's too late. Then, if they politely communicate their concerns, they're gaslit with, "Oh, you're playing the race card, we all have red blood, I have a black friend, I didn't enslave anyone, you had Obama, that's H8 speech, that's racist to say, you're lazy, stop playing the victim," even though the blacks and Africans are the groups suffering from the racism, H8, pain, etc!

One of the root causes of the problem of workplace bullying of Black women is that in many instances, Black women also do not support other Black women due to competition, hatred for one another and not sincerely wishing the very best for each other from my experience and perspective. Everyone in the workplace is an enemy and not an alliance, especially Human Resources. Btw, my dissertation was on incivility & bullying in the workplace w Black women showing the highest prevalence out of all races and genders.

I got into your video by reading "Digital marketing" study book, in Connection with Porter (2001) Strategy and Internet. I agree with the levels in IT and it is worth to consider the level of the emloyes, their income, how do they affect other people´s incomes, what is their purpose with it and count on full brain and holistic framework. If one IT is not able to write on a professional level, or understand that affects people´s life standards, then what is your puropse with that IT job. "This page can not be reached " is due to the skills you dont have. The brain you lack and the education that you cant process it .

US will fail big since their focus is on only money. Capitalism makes humans/companies/countries fight. Cooperation, helping others should be at the root of any policy. Others benefits is the foundation of any good policy. Unless that is the pre-requisite of any policy US will continue to make mistakes. Economic focused policies will only result in fights
